Access Is Power

Radical change requires us to solve problems at the root. And at the root of the racial wealth gap in the US are financial institutions, practices, and products that have historically pushed Black, Indigenous, and all People of Color (BIPOC) to the margins.

The Inclusive Capital Collective (ICC) was created to move BIPOC people to the center of our country’s financial future.

Access changes outcomes.

Whether access to knowledge, opportunity, relationships, healing, or capital, the ability to participate fully in society determines who thrives and who is left behind.

We work at the intersection of community leadership, economic justice, healing, and systems change to ensure resources reach the people closest to both the challenges and the solutions.

Our work activates people, shares knowledge, liberates possibilities, and moves capital where it can create lasting impact.

OUR VISION

IGNITE A TRAUMA-INFORMED FINANCE REVOLUTION: The Inclusive Capital Collective is shifting the current power dynamic by leveraging a new financial framework known as Trauma-Informed Finance (TIF) created by its founding CEO, Najaah Yasmine Daniels. The TIF framework acknowledges and heals the harms of the finance industry through racially just, humanizing, and community-informed finance.

OUR MISSION

To overcome systemic racism through equitable access to capital.

OUR VALUES

Access. Opportunity should not be determined by proximity, privilege, or circumstance.

Community. The people closest to the issues are closest to the solutions.

Trust. Relationships and accountability are the foundation of sustainable impact.

Courage. We challenge traditional systems and embrace innovative approaches to create a more just future.

Just. We hold financial institutions accountable for the harm they cause and prioritize solutions that repair that harm.

Radical. We value solutions that disrupt and replace unjust systems, ignite large-scale transformations, and address systemic problems at their root. We work to dismantle barriers and expand pathways for historically excluded communities.

Holistic. We create programs and resources that honor people in their entirety, valuing the physical, mental, and spiritual facets of well-being that aren’t currently priced on the market.

Emergent. We value done over perfect. We cycle through listening, learning, adapting, and executing solutions as we develop and implement programs, products, and the structure of the ICC itself.

OUR APPROACH
